Intermediate Hurling Championship
Raharney 0-13 Turin 0-12. Raharney grinded out a victory in a tough encounter against Ringtown to further our chances of qualifying for the knock out stages. Played in damp conditions, the standard of hurling never reached any great highs but Raharney played the better hurling and were better than the 1 point victory suggests. Raharney lined out as follows S Lynam, C O'Connor, P Mullen, J Carroll, PB Colgan, J Kennedy, S Conroy, J Gorman, M Boyle, W Doyle, S Gorman, N Flynn, J Greville, G Greville , D Brady. Subs used BJ McKeogh, P Connaughton, D Flanagan

Senior Hurling Championship
Raharney 1-11 Castletown Geoghegan 1-15. Raharney bowed out of the senior championship on Sunday evening last after putting up a good battle against Castletown. This was our best performance of the year and had we made better use of our possession and scoring opportunities we could now be in the semi final. At half time we trailed by 6 points and given that we missed 2 glorious goals chances it left us a mountain to climb in the second half. In the second half we played with great passion but unfortunately we could not convert our possession into scores and get on level terms with the black and ambers. Raharney lined out as follows S Morley C Raleigh, P Greville, G Greville,, M Glennon, C Jordan, A Sheils, N Flanagan, F Boyle, C Boyle, R Greville, B Connaughton, B Smyth, J Shaw, S Farrelly. Subs used, C Flanagan, D Giles.
